Terms of Service
Last updated November 2, 2026
These terms cover your use of Comeback. By creating an account, you agree to them. Questions go to hello@meetcomeback.com.
The service
Comeback lets a business upload its past customers, create text and email campaigns, send them, receive replies and measure returning customers.
Your responsibilities
- You only upload customers who have a real relationship with your business.
- You only mark someone as able to receive texts if they gave your business permission to receive marketing texts, and you can show where and when.
- Your messages are truthful and follow applicable laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and carrier rules.
- You don't use Comeback for prohibited content, including anything illegal, hateful, adult, or related to cannabis, firearms, gambling or high-risk financial offers.
We may review, pause or decline any campaign, and may suspend accounts that put our messaging service or other customers at risk.
Fees
A Sprint is a one-time charge for one campaign. Always On is billed monthly until canceled. Both plans include a performance fee: a percentage of what each returning customer spends on their first visit back within 30 days of our first message, based on the sales records you provide. You review the list of returns before approving the fee, and returns that were already booked before our first message are excluded. Fees are charged to the card on file through Stripe. Plan payments are non-refundable except where the law requires.
Canceling
You can cancel Always On at any time from Billing. It stays active until the end of the paid month.
Your data
You own your customer data. We use it only to provide Comeback, as described in our Privacy Policy.
No guarantee of results
Estimates shown in Comeback are planning figures. We don't promise any specific number of returning customers.
Liability
Comeback is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. You agree to cover claims that arise from customer lists or consent you provided.
Texting policy
People receive texts from a business through Comeback only after that business confirms they agreed to receive marketing texts. Message frequency varies, usually up to 4 messages per campaign. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy; no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll email you before it takes effect.
